The Assembly of AP Vojvodina as a founder
Pursuant to Article 31 of the Statute of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina shall enact a decision on establishment, competences and organisation of the institutions, agencies, public enterprises and organisations, whose establishment is entrusted to the Provincial Government, by way of the Provincial Assembly Decision.
