Novi Sad, 3 June– President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, Juhász Bálint, attended today the ceremonial launch of the robotic parcel sorting system at the postal-logistics centre in Novi Sad, the third of five cities in our country for which PE Post of Serbia has provided robotic support.

Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković and Mayor of Novi Sad, Žarko Mićin shared their views to the guests regarding the significance of the system, which will greatly improve the quality of parcel processing, working conditions and the provision of services to users.

Addressing the media, President of the AP Vojvodina Assembly, Juhász Bálint, emphasised that the modernisation of postal services was a crucial step toward a more efficient, faster, and modern system that keeps pace with the needs of citizens and the economy.

“The Post Office is more than an institution; it is an integral part of citizens’ daily lives and a key link connecting people, the economy and the state. In the digital age, its role is even more challenging, as it not only provides traditional services, but also responds to the demands of modern business, e-commerce and fast communication. Through robotic process automation and investment in new technologies, PE Post of Serbia once again confirms its strategic commitment to improving the quality, efficiency and accessibility of services, in the interest of all citizens and economic entities,” pointed out President Juhász.
