President Juhász emphasized that it is a great honour for Novi Sad to host such a prestigious scientific and professional event for the second time and noted that the provincial administration offers its full support to the organization of the congress.
“Holding the international congress of neurosurgeons in Novi Sad is a recognition of our healthcare, scientific, and academic standing and potential. This event will be an opportunity for the exchange of the latest knowledge and for connecting experts who are shaping the future of modern medicine. I am confident that the congress will also provide an additional impetus to the development of the local community and the continued strengthening of the healthcare system in Vojvodina. The Provincial Assembly remains a reliable partner to professional and scientific institutions, because only through joint efforts can we build a healthier, more responsible, and more prosperous society,” stated President Juhász.
The participants emphasized that the theme of this year’s congress is “Ethical and Legal Aspects of Neurosurgery in the 21st Century: Challenges and Opportunities”, aiming to bring together leading national, European, and global experts to discuss key ethical and legal issues shaping contemporary neurosurgical practice, including the challenges posed by the growing influence of artificial intelligence across all fields.
The congress will feature top specialists in the field of neurosurgery – representatives of leading national and international clinics, institutes, and professional associations. In addition to its scientific and professional significance, the event also aims to contribute to economic activity and promote the culture and potential of Novi Sad and the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina through education and networking.
