Novi Sad, 12 February - President of the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Bálint Juhász and General Manager of Novi Sad Fair Slobodan Cvetković met today to discuss the importance of supporting local producers and the event “Taste Exchange of Vojvodina,” which will in the future become a regular accompanying programme of all major fair events.
The Taste Exchange, held in the Novi Sad Fair main hall, aims at promoting and boosting business performance of small producers in the territory of AP Vojvodina.
The event is designed as a platform for showcasing small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on expanding their market visibility, facilitating direct contact with consumers and building their sales capacities.
President Juhász and General Manager Cvetković also discussed further development of the event, as well the possibilities for more active involvement of persons belonging to minority national communities living and working in the territory of AP Vojvodina.
The two officials emphasised the importance of equal participation of all communities in economic and promotional events, stressing that the Taste Exchange can represent an important opportunity for the additional affirmation of producers from national communities, as well as for showcasing the richness of multiculturalism and traditional products characteristic of Vojvodina.
In this way, the Taste Exchange positions itself not only as an economic event, but also as a space for networking, cooperation, and the promotion of diversity, which represents one of the key features of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
