Bill

The Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina shall be entitled to propose laws, other regulations and general acts in accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 98/2006), in accordance with Article 150 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the RS", No. 52/10) and in accordance with Article 31 alinea 17 of the Statute of the AP of Vojvodina ("Official Gazette of AP Vojvodina", No. 20/14).

The provincial Government, a Deputy, a competent committee and a deputy group may propose the Assembly of the AP of Vojvodina to be the proposer of the Republic law, other regulations and general acts with the text of the bill, other regulation and general act. (Article 172 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the AP of Vojvodina).
